How often should I get my bins cleaned?
We recommend monthly cleaning but this can vary depending on your trash volume and household size.
Do I need to empty my bins before you arrive?
Yes, your bins need to be empty for cleaning—but no worries. We arrive the same day your bins have been emptied to ensure they’re ready for service. If, for any reason, you need to place a bag of trash in the bin before we arrive, please make sure it’s securely bagged—we’ll remove it, clean the bin, and return the bag when we’re done.
How do you clean my bins?
We use a 200 degree high pressure system that kills 99% of bacteria inside of the bin, and then we blast the entire outside of the bin leaving it clean and sanitized, after spraying it with a deodorizer.
Do I need to keep my payment info on file?
Yes, you will need to enter your payment info on a secure payment portal for a recurring service.
